Kindy Crew and Neuro Crew
A collaborative program led by our Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists to support your child’s school-readiness journey.
Is your child ready to start school with confidence? Kindy Crew is a 3-day group program, 2 hours per day, designed to support children in developing the essential skills they need to thrive in the classroom.
Our program combines the expertise of speech pathology and occupational therapy to provide a well-rounded approach to school readiness:
Speech Pathology: Children will engage in activities targeting key phonological awareness skills. These foundational skills support early reading, writing, and overall language development.
Occupational Therapy: Children will work on regulation, attention, organisation, and fine motor skills, all of which are crucial for successful handwriting and classroom participation.
Through fun, structured, and supportive activities, children build confidence, independence, and the practical skills needed to navigate the school environment successfully.
Our Kindy Crew groups are small to ensure each child receives individual support while also benefiting from social interaction and teamwork.

NeuroCrew is a 3-day holiday program created to provide neurodivergent kids with a safe, supportive space to explore their strengths and form social connections. Through fun, interactive activities, we focus on helping kids understand, celebrate, and advocate for themselves while building connections with others.
Program Goals:
Interoceptive Awareness and Understanding: Helping kids understand what their body experiences and needs.
Understanding Sensory and Regulation tools: Helping kids understand sensory and regulation tools and how to use these in everyday life.
Self-Advocacy: Empowering kids to recognise their needs and express their perspectives with confidence.
Meaningful Social Connections: Helping kids form authentic, lasting friendships through understanding themselves and others.
Self-Awareness: Supporting each kid to discover their unique strengths, preferences, and communication styles.
At Kindy Crew, we thoughtfully create groups by matching kids with similar communication styles, support needs, and interests. This ensures each kid feels comfortable, connected, and able to participate confidently. Because of this, groups will only proceed when we have a suitable mix of kids who are likely to engage well together. If we are unable to form an appropriate group, we will let families know and discuss alternative options.
